Cardio zone

Clients are encouraged to show up 10-15 min before their session to warm-up on a piece of cardio equipment. As a member, clients have access to the cardio zone at anytime with their membership!

Recovery Zone

Our recovery zone is for clients who are recovering from injuries or need assistance with recovery.Your trainer will develop a plan to assist you in the best way to help you recover safely! With our

weights zone

Weights zone is only for members who sign up with a trainer. All clients work 1 on 1 with our specialized trainers. We work to create a plan that best fits your fitness goals!

Athletic Training

If you play a sport, Corefit is for you! Our trainers are fully capable of creating a plan to help you towards becoming a better athlete! We also offer small group or team training!
